Patricia L. Gobler, age 64, of Hayward, WI passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake, WI.

Patricia LaVonne Leech was born December 2, 1946 in Delavan, WI the daughter of Harold and Mata Leech. She was raised in Delavan and graduated from high school there. Patricia L. Gobler, age 64, of Hayward, WI passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake, WI.

Patricia LaVonne Leech was born December 2, 1946 in Delavan, WI the daughter of Harold and Mata Leech. She was raised in Delavan and graduated from high school there. While on a visit to Hayward, WI Pat met Michael John Gobler at her uncle's resort. Pat and Michael were married on December 2, 1967 in Hayward. Pat started work in the meat department of the A& P Grocery Store. She became a cook at the Historyland pancake house in Hayward during the summer months and worked various jobs at Telemark in Cable during the winter months. Pat oversaw the Valhalla Town Homes near Telemark which eventually became a part of Gobler Rentals. Pat also worked at Flowers and Things and Pamida in Hayward. Pat enjoyed watching her grandchildren playing sports, gardening and crocheting. She loved making large meals for her family that always had way more food then was needed.

Pat is survived by her husband of 44 years, Mike; daughter, Michelle Block of Minong, WI; two sons, Ed (Sandy) Gobler, Brandon Gobler, both of Hayward; five grandchildren, Aaron, Nathan, Ashley, Jacob and Jared; two sisters, Marion Beall of Delavan, WI, Haroldine Burton of Oshkosh, WI; special cousin, Sandy Irvine of Roscoe, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

A memorial service celebrating Pat's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 10 at Hayward Wesleyan Church. A time of gathering will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flower memorials to the family are preferred.
