Mary T.C. Roberts, age 55, of Hayward, WI, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Essentia Health in Duluth, MN.

Mary Theresa Clarita was born September 24, 1956 in Dodgeville, WI the daughter of Donald and Cecilia (Rose) Raimer. She was raised in Montfort, WI where her parents operated Sunnyside Cheese and Liquor. Working with her parents at their grocery and helping raise her six younger siblings taught Mary a hard work ethic from an early age. Even in her youth she showed a love of people and a willingness to help others....

Mary T.C. Roberts, age 55, of Hayward, WI, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Essentia Health in Duluth, MN.

Mary Theresa Clarita was born September 24, 1956 in Dodgeville, WI the daughter of Donald and Cecilia (Rose) Raimer. She was raised in Montfort, WI where her parents operated Sunnyside Cheese and Liquor. Working with her parents at their grocery and helping raise her six younger siblings taught Mary a hard work ethic from an early age. Even in her youth she showed a love of people and a willingness to help others. She graduated from Iowa-Grant High School in Montfort, WI in 1974. She continued work with her family and then went to work at a bank in Madison. Mary moved to Florida for a short time and was offered a position as an artist for Disney. On July 26, 1975, Mary was joined in marriage to Steven Michael Roberts in Hayward, WI. From 1975 until 1981 Mary and Steve lived in Cable, Drummond and Stone Lake before settling in Hayward in 1981. Over the years in Hayward Mary worked as a Nursing Assistant at the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital in the Obstetrics Unit of the hospital. After her work in the hospital she worked for Mell's Manufacturing in Hayward on parts assembly. She also worked in private home care for families in the Hayward area. While working she followed her true passion, teaching the truth of God's Word to her surrounding community. She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and full time volunteer for over 25 years; she loved calling on community members to share the truth of the Bible. Mary's second passion was to ride and ride her 1974 Harley Davidson motorcycle. She enjoyed writing songs and playing the guitar, clarinet and piano. She loved her three boys and her three grandsons. Her family will remember her as a loving, selfless person who you could count on to always do the right thing.

Mary is survived by her husband of 36 years, Steve; three sons, Nathan (Wendy), Ryan both of Hayward, WI, Jason (Bailey) of Bozeman, MT; three grandsons, Noah, Ean, and Luca; parents, Don and Cec Raimer of Montfort, WI; five brothers, Rick of Montfort, WI, Jeff (Sheila) of Hayward, WI, Steve (Shelly) of Hayward, WI, Dan (Lisa) of Hayward, WI, Pat (Pam) of Montfort, WI; one sister, Ann Marie (Ken) Hetherington of Elgin, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one infant sister, Cecilia Mary Raimer and two brothers, Alan and Ken Raimer.

A memorial service honoring Mary will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31, at the Kindom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Hayward with Mark Erickson officiating.
