David John Bierman, 65, of Stone Lake, WI died peacefully at home January 13, 2012, surrounded by Sonja, Ashley and dogs, Buster and Rocky.

Dave was born November 30, 1946 to John and Pauline (Bonesho) Bierman. He graduated from Osceola High School in 1964. Dave was married to Sonja Anderson on March 11, 1988 in Las Vegas, NV. He was employed at Andersen Windows in Bayport, MN for 36 years, retiring in 2001. Dave and Sonja moved to their Sand Lake cabin on the eve of his retirement.

David John Bierman, 65, of Stone Lake, WI died peacefully at home January 13, 2012, surrounded by Sonja, Ashley and dogs, Buster and Rocky.

Dave was born November 30, 1946 to John and Pauline (Bonesho) Bierman. He graduated from Osceola High School in 1964. Dave was married to Sonja Anderson on March 11, 1988 in Las Vegas, NV. He was employed at Andersen Windows in Bayport, MN for 36 years, retiring in 2001. Dave and Sonja moved to their Sand Lake cabin on the eve of his retirement.

He enjoyed traveling, fishing, hunting, camping, bowling, woodworking, playing cribbage, and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the Stone Lake Lions, Northwest Relic Riders Vintage Snowmobile Club and Sno-Trails Snowmobile Club as a trail groomer. His hobby of woodworking has left behind a remembrance of his talent and generosity to so many. Dave was an amazing man who lived his life to the fullest and was always there to lend a helping hand.even on Super Bowl Sunday! He will be remembered and loved by many for years to come.

Dave is survived by his wife and best friend of 28 years, Sonja; his dog Buster; brother Carl (Karen); his daughters Kristine and Jessica (Jeremy); grandchildren Danielle, Austin, Macey, Emaline, & very special granddaughter Ashley; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his dog, Jake.

A celebration of Dave's life will be held 4:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday, January 21, at the Stone Lake Lions' Hall.
